yes I am finally posting my favorite foods if this party.

arsik goldfish is typical of North Sumatra special diet Tapanuli area. These foods are made from carp (jg arsik Melepasmu name "carp" ....) which has been flavored arsik consisting of turmeric, ginger, galangal, chili, onion, garlic, nutmeg, andaliman, mobi (acid), fish cooked with water without any oil until the spices permeate and cooked + - 1 hour then
